The shipping estimate for our products can be anywhere from 7-30 days so please be aware of this when placing your order. All items have a shipping estimate in the product description.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product, provided it is in unused, NEW condition. Returns can be started by emailing thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com or through our webchat.
If your item has a fault, please send us details of the fault, as well as accompanying evidence like photos or video to thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com so that we can assess and (if appropriate) provide a replacement or refund.
