Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions at The Nerd Collective AU:

1. Is The Nerd Collective AU Australian-owned?
Yes! We work from our home in Melbourne, Australia. However, a lot of our products are sourced from overseas and shipped directly from the manufacturers to our customers.

2. How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 7–20 days, and we ask you to allow up to 30 days. Many of our products are sent directly from the makers overseas rather than from an Australian warehouse. That’s how we keep prices down and offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand with no minimum spend. Every product shows its own delivery estimate in the description.

3. My tracking number doesn't work - why is that?
Some of the tracking numbers on items will only work through the owner's tracking portal. This is something we will endeavour to fix for the future, however if you find yourself in this situation and need to track your parcel, email us! thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an update on your items.
