Shipping policy

We will aim to have goods delivered to our customers within 30 days of purchase to the best of our ability. 

There are times when factors outside our control may delay shipments from arriving within this timeframe. We ask that our awesome customers be patient when receiving their orders and that if they encounter any problems, they give us an opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving a negative review or similar. 

If shipping is expected to be longer than 30 days, we will do our best place a special note in the description of the product to make sure the customer is informed.
