Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Free shipping to Australia & New Zealand. No minimum spend.
Most orders arrive within 7–20 days. Please allow up to 30 days, as a small number of items ship from overseas makers and can take a little longer. Each product description shows its own delivery estimate, and anything expected to take longer than 30 days is clearly noted on that product.
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your tracking isn’t updating, email us at thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com and we’ll chase it for you, usually within 24 hours.
Returns: Change your mind? You can return unused items in new condition within 30 days of receiving them. Just email thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com or message us through webchat to start a return.
Faulty or damaged? Send us photos or a video of the problem and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
