These backpacks are super great quality (as you would expect from Smiggle). The straps are padded and adjustable, and there's a breathable panelled back to allow for some airflow. Two side pockets provide extra carrying-power - one mesh and one solid. Inside is fully lined with a separate compartment to help keep things split if needed.
