The shipping estimate for most products is approximately 20 days so please be aware of this when placing your order.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product, provided it is in unused, NEW condition. Returns can be started by emailing thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com or through our webchat. 

If your item has a fault, please send us details of the fault, as well as accompanying evidence like photos or video to thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com so that we can assess and (if appropriate) provide a replacement or refund.
