Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum spend.

Most orders are delivered within 7–20 days of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days, as some items are sent directly from our overseas suppliers. Each product description includes an estimated delivery time. If an item is expected to take longer than 30 days, we will state this in its product description.

Occasionally, things outside our control (such as customs or carrier delays, particularly in peak periods like Christmas) can slow a delivery down. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please email thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Returns: Change your mind? You can return unused items in new condition within 30 days of receiving them. Just email thenerdcollectiveau@gmail.com or message us through webchat to start a return.

Faulty or damaged? Send us photos or a video of the problem and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
